NOTE: The last date to obtain a vendor booth space for the 2008 SCJF is October 14th.....All vendor applications MUST be recieved BEFORE that date.....Don't Miss Out!!! ALL VENDOR POSITIONS ARE FULL FOR THE 2008 FESTIVAL.
NOTE: All beverages - water, soda, beer, wine can ONLY be sold by the SCJF. Food vendors can only sell food items.
GENERAL RULES FOR EXHIBITORS
1) The name “Space Coast Jazz Festival” is a product of and a trademark of WGRV Space Coast Public Radio. Merchandise or promotional items bearing these marks may not be produced, displayed, or sold without written consent.
2) If you wish to sell food or dispaly arts and crafts. Please call the SCJF office at (321) 722-4100.
NOTE: All beverages - water, soda, beer, wine can ONLY be sold by the SCJF. Food vendors can only sell food items.
3) Exhibitors are responsible for delivery, erection, removal, storage, and protection of their own displays, goods, and materials. Overnight storage is not permitted on-site.
4) Festival is not responsible for loss of or damage to exhibitors' property.
5) Booths must be staffed at all times during all exhibiting hours.
6) All exhibitors must check-in during check-in hours each show day. Exhibitors will not be admitted after check-in hours. Refunds will not be given to late-comers or no-shows.
7) Exhibitors must dispose of all trash at end of event.
8) While selected exhibiting area walkways are lit after dark, Exhibitors are responsible for lighting their individual booths. Electricity will not be provided for this event. Any Electricity is to be used for lighting purposes only. Supplemental electricity may be available for an additional fee.
9) Any extension cords used must be heavy-duty, three-prong outdoor type. Two-prong cords are not permitted.
10) Tents, Tables and Chairs are not provided by festival.
11) Pets, alcoholic beverages, and open flames may not be brought on-site.
12) Music may not be performed or broadcast from any exhibitor booth.
13) Festival is held rain or shine. Please bring appropriate rain covers and tie-downs or weights in case of showers or strong winds. A lso, please be prepared for bright sunshine and heat.
14) Exhibitors may not sublet or share space with other companies.
